Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If you choose to return one or more products after receiving your order, a SAR 29 shipping fee will apply.
If the return shipment is sent through a shipping carrier, an additional SAR 29 return shipping fee will also apply.
These fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you may choose to keep the refunded value as store credit for future purchases.
Products with verified manufacturing defects may be returned at any time, provided they remain in their original condition.
Products may be exchanged provided they are unopened, unused, and returned in their original condition.

A shipping fee of SAR 29 applies to exchange requests.
If the product is returned to Abu Naif Honey through a shipping carrier, an additional SAR 29 return shipping fee will apply. These charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
If an international shipment is not received or accepted by the customer, the shipping costs will be deducted from the order value before any applicable refund is processed.
